ABOUT PHONOLOGICAL STUDIES

The Phonological Society of Japan once every year publishes the journal Phonological Studies. Members may submit an original paper related to phonology and/or phonetics.

We call for papers with a deadline of October every year (published in March of the following year). Please look at the regulations before submitting.

ABOUT MAKING YOUR PAPER AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET

Papers published in Phonological Studies can only be made available on the internet at least two years after publication. Authors are allowed to upload either the final manuscript or a scan of the published paper.
